This is an 8-week women's guide and fitness program, tailored to help you achieve your goals and give you a path and guidance in the gym. It involves a 5-day workout split which gives each muscle group 2x a week to train while giving it adequate time to recover in between. Cardio and ab days are explained as well and recommended to be added on top of the workout program. Video instruction links are provided if the exercise is not known.
