Shyrose L.Pranavan had been my personal trainer for my weight loss journey and I can say that he is very
helpful and understanding how to help individuals with their personal struggle
of losing weight. So he was trying to make me understand how to help myself
with the new lifestyle change I needed to overcome this journey with types of
workout and diet and it really helped me to lose weight, but then with COVID I
had to stop the training, so now hoping to continue soon with him again.

Thirdly, you recommended the workout schedule that suits my needs. Before the
initial consulting, you read my training objectives. You know what exercises
are suitable and what are too difficult to do. Many online workouts assert
themselves as "the best workout exercises," but they are too advanced
for me to perform well. The sessions with you were worth the cost.

I see different kinds of machines and lots of people, I did feel nervous.
Pranavan is my first trainer. He is very friendly and patient. He helped my
friend and me adapt to the gym atmosphere and designed a good plan for our
objective. We learned exercises for different parts of body, from chest to
legs. During the training, he helped us correct the movement to maximize the
exercising effect and explain to us how to protect ourselves from injury. And
if I have any question, I can also ask him, and he will give me a quick
response. After one-month training, about three times a week, I found my arms
became bigger in the mirror. Pranavan is a good professional trainer that can help
you reach your exercise objective.
